Payments

There are two paymenti options:

PAYPAL is a free and safe payment system. You can pay using your bank account, debit, or the following credit cards:

- Prepaid PayPal card

- Carta Aura

PayPal allows you to make and receive payments online without sharing your financial details with us. Registration is free. If an item doesn’t arrive, or doesn’t match the seller’s description, PayPal’s Purchase Protection will reimburse you for the full purchase price of the item plus shipping costs up to EUR 1000. Payments via PayPal can be made without having a PayPal account.
For security reasons, payments through PayPal and funds transfers from your PayPal account to your bank account are initially limited to EUR 750. These limits can be lifted by verification of your PayPal account.

BANK WIRE TRANSFER: (please note: we will prepare and ship the goods ordered only when the bank transfer has successfully reached our account. In order to speed things up you can send us a copy of the payment receipt containing the transaction code number via email at ballando-ballando@libero.it ).

Our shipped material travels with the Italian Documento Di Trasporto D.D.T. (Delivery Note).
If an invoice is needed, please ask for one (specifying a valid VAT registration number) at ordering time. The delivery note will be attached to the package. The invoice, if requested, will be included inside the package unless different instructions are given in the “notes” field which can be filled in at order time. The shipping address and billing address can be different.

Warranty

Items sold via our e-commerce website www.ballando-ballando.it come with a 24 months warranty (starting from the date printed on the proof of purchase document) that covers manufacturing defects and any issues related to the raw materials used. In order to file a warranty claim, please have a copy of the proof of purchase originally delivered with the product and contact our Customer Service from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 18.00. Shipping Times and Product Delivery

Goods in stock will be shipped within 1 business day after payment is received. If goods must be received within a specific time frame, please contact us by phone at +39 071 53780.

Please note:

In order to ensure that the delivery is made on time and as efficiently as possible, please use the “notes” field in the order form to indicate if the name on the intercom/mail box of the shipping address is different from what is written on the proof of purchase document. Goods travel at the risk and peril of the customer.

Cancellation rights

The order cancellation notice may also be sent in advance by fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. The goods will be refunded with a bank transfer to the bank account specified in the cancellation letter. Please include detailed account information such as bank name, ABI and CAB codes, account number and IBAN. Together with the order cancellation letter, you are required to return the unused goods in their original packaging within 10 days. Goods must be carefully prepared for shipping so as to guarantee their integrity upon arrival. The customer will cover all shipping costs incurred to return the goods. Non-observance of these guidelines will render the cancellation rights null and void. Ballando Balland Factory will transfer a complete refund for the exact amount paid by the customer withing 20 days of receiving the returned goods with their corresponding cancellation letter. The only expenses that the customer has to bear to cancel an order are postage costs for sending a written cancellation confirmation letter and the courier fee to return the goods to our headquarters.
